26 February: Visit Yachtbuilding event 2026 at Akerboom Yacht Equipment. i spoke with several people, including Toby Kortland from Kortels, about how we might work together. I also spoke with Jelle Westerhof from Hydromar and Lennart Koning from Akerboom about my own 45-meter design, which includes a crane and a newly to-be-developed aft platform that would allow a car to be driven on and off the vessel.

Briefly spoke with Bert Knijp from Winel.

Also spoke with Jeroen de Graaf from Maritime & Offshore NL, with whom I traveled to Italy last April 2025 together with a Dutch Yacht Industry delegation and Minister Klever for a yacht-building event, during which we visited several yacht shipyards over four days. Additionally, I spoke with Bastiaan Modderman from Femto Engineering about the calculations required during the design phase. I also met Marten-Jan Visser from Predict Marine, as well as several other people.

-Visite Cooloo Endless Life Technology, turns local waste into visible tactile surfsaces of any shape or size.

-Vistite Nabasco, biobased façades.

-Vistite Whoooz they have panels made from collagen en have a nice smell, smell service every 6 month. Also fire rated.

-Visite Soundless acoustic they work together with Architecturalskin Raquel Rodriguesz peubla for the finish paint work. 

-Visite Finiti. Make window frames the material is replacement of hardwood.
